By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to place an order.
Products
Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, moisturise and improve the appearance of skin. They are not drugs and they are not natural health products. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using a new product.
We list every ingredient on each product page. If you have a known allergy, read the list before ordering. We recommend patch testing any new product on a small area of skin.
Product descriptions and images
We work to describe our products accurately. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and small variations between batches of plant-derived oils are normal.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation. An order confirmation email is not acceptance.

Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you grant us permission to publish and use it. You confirm it is your own work and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove anything we consider inappropriate, and we are under no obligation to publish it.
Intellectual property
The name Danielle & Nell, our logo, our product names, our photographs and the text on this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website and our products as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your place of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own province or territory.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
