Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Dollif, registered in the Netherlands under 98705172, with its registered address at Bentelobrink 151, 7544 CS Enschede . In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order contents. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never reach our systems.

When you browse: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, to communicate with you about that order, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, to improve our shop, and only if you have opted in to send you marketing email.

Our legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation are performance of a contract for order handling, legal obligation for tax and accounting records, consent for marketing, and legitimate interest for fraud prevention and improving our service.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes your order data. Our payment processors. Our shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver. Our email provider, if you have subscribed. Our accountant, for tax records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.

International transfers

Because we operate from the Netherlands and serve customers in Canada, your information crosses borders. Where information leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Canada holds a partial adequacy decision from the European Commission for commercial organisations.

How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Support emails for 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us.

Under Canadian law, you have the right to access your personal information and to challenge its accuracy. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the additional rights listed above.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

Our shop is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
