Where we ship
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Free standard shipping on orders over CAD 90.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs processing, and carrier delays can extend them.
Customs, duties and taxes — please read
Our products ship from .... . This means your order is an import into Canada.
Your order may be subject to import duties, GST or HST, and a carrier handling fee, charged on delivery. These are set by the Canada Border Services Agency and are not within our control. We are required to declare the full value of your order on the customs form.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 10 business days, contact info@danielleandnell.com.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier.
We cannot be responsible for parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout.
