Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be in the condition you received it, with at least [half] of the contents remaining. We understand you need to actually use a skincare product to know whether it works, so we do not require unopened packaging.

How to start a return

Email info@danielleandnell.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We will reply within 4 business days with return instructions and an address.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Packages returned without prior arrangement cannot be processed.

Return shipping

If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged,we will replace it or refund you in full. In most cases we will not ask you to send anything back a photograph is enough.

For any other return, including a change of mind, you cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We recommend a tracked service. We cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us at info@danielleandnell.com.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photograph and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items marked final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the consumer protection act of your province or territory.
